The founding conference of the China Health Management Association was held in Beijing, and Chen Li, Vice Chairman of the 11th Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, was specially invited as Honorary President. Bai Shuzhong, former Minister of Health of the General Staff, Zhao Qiqi, former Political Commissar of the Security Department of the General Staff, served as Honorary President. Gao Qiang, former Minister of Health, served as General Advisor; Guo Yucheng, former vice president of the People's Liberation Army General Hospital, was elected as the president.
The China Health Management Association is a national level association with the aim of "promoting comprehensive health, benefiting the elderly, fulfilling social responsibilities, and sharing national worries". The conference also held a forum on health management and elderly care, discussing the current situation and prospects of health management development in China, health management and precision medicine, and health management promoting the development of elderly care services.
